What you will learn

JitzJudo develops the transition from standing grips and balance breaking to takedowns, positional control and submissions. It is taught as one connected sequence rather than separate standing and ground phases.

Alan brings a Judo black belt, a BJJ black belt and decades of coaching experience to the programme. The goal is to understand where each movement leads and how to adapt when your partner reacts.
